How we deliver – step by step (Qatar guidelines)
We follow Qatar building codes, Ministry of Municipality (MM) and Ashghal requirements, and local law at every stage.
- Consultation and scope. We agree scope, programme, and budget. We confirm applicable Qatar regulations and permit requirements (building, civil, MEP, or infrastructure as relevant).
- Design and permits. Where required, we support design coordination and submissions to MM, Ashghal, or other authorities. We ensure designs meet Qatar standards before construction.
- Execution to standards. On site we work to approved drawings and Qatar construction and safety standards. We use qualified labour and materials that meet local specifications.
- Inspections and handover. We coordinate with authorities for inspections where required and deliver handover documentation (as-built, O&M, warranties) in line with Qatar practice.
