Please read these terms and conditions before using our website or engaging our construction and civil contracting services in Qatar.
Last updated: 2026. Black Fox Trading & Contracting (“BLACKFOX”, “we”, “us”) operates in Qatar. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.
1. Services and quotes
All construction, civil contracting, MEP, infrastructure, and related services are offered subject to availability and our formal quote and contract. Quotes are valid for the period stated and are not binding until a written contract is signed. We comply with applicable Qatar laws, building codes, and regulations including those of the Ministry of Municipality (MM), Ashghal, and other relevant authorities.
2. Contracts and payment
Work is performed under a signed contract that sets out scope, programme, and payment terms. Payment terms will be as agreed in the contract. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not received as per contract. All amounts are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise agreed.
3. Permits and compliance
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals where required by Qatar law. We assist with technical submissions and compliance as per our contract. Our execution follows Qatar construction standards and safety requirements.
4. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Qatari law and as set out in our contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value for the relevant scope.
5. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Designs, drawings, and documents we prepare remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential and to use it only for the project.
6. Disputes and governing law
These terms and any contract are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Qatar unless otherwise agreed in writing.
